Nice hotel with great amenities like free parking, outdoor swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. The staff helped my elderly parents during our first stay, which I remember fondly. I highly recommend it for weekend getaways!

The staff were kind .
Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I encountered several cockroaches in my room, off-putting. The room also had a persistent odor of mildew, made it uncomfortable to relax in. Lastly, the overall maintenance of the hotel felt neglected, leading to a less than satisfactory experience.

Location was good and that was about it.
All hotels in the Cresta Inn chain boast pools but none of them actually have them full and useable. They also charge you to use the phone in your room for local calls...who does that anymore? The staff spoke little to no english, and someone came into our room when we stepped out for a bit during the day. I mention this because we were only staying one night so there should be no reason for cleaning services to come in until after we've checked out! Far too expensive for what it offers.
